SigaME Sense: monitors conditions
Sense monitors critical conditions continuously to support quality, safety and compliance, and replaces manual paper logs with automatic reports.
Who it is for and when to use it
For pharmacies, laboratories, refrigerators, freezers, operating rooms, vaccine areas, samples and blood products, where a reading out of range must be noticed right away.
Sense measures temperature, humidity, pressure and door state, and turns each excursion into a handled alarm with the corrective action recorded.
What Sense delivers
Ready-made ranges and profiles
Profiles such as 2 to 8 °C, with hysteresis and delay so that an open door does not raise a false alarm.
Handled alarms
Out of range, sensor not communicating, missing data and low battery, with the corrective action recorded and escalation by email.
Environment of each room
Fixed infrastructure devices measure the temperature and humidity of each place and show a map per floor.
Pressurization indicator
Warns when a room loses its usual pressure relative to the corridor. It is an operational indication, not a regulatory certification.
Calibration
Certificate, validity and correction per sensor, with an expiry warning.
Compliance reports
Daily, monthly and per-unit reports in PDF, replacing the paper log.
Board and TV mode
