Privacy notice
We explain in plain words which data we collect on this site, what we use it for, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights, under the LGPD (Brazilian Law no. 13,709/2018).

Who the controller is
The data controller is Synergy Tecnologia em Sistemas Ltda, which operates the Identhis brand. To talk about privacy, use the contact email shown at the end of this notice.
Which data we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form: name, hospital or organization, job title, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
Please do not write patient data in the message. This site is not a channel for that kind of information.
The hosting service may log technical access data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and for the site to work.
What we use it for
We use the data to answer your message and, if there is interest, to discuss a proposal. We do not use it for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the form’s checkbox, and the need to handle the request you sent us.
How long we keep it
We keep the message for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship that may follow, or to meet legal obligations. After that, we delete the data or anonymize it.
Your rights
You may ask, at any time, for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Just write to the contact email.
You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data: encrypted connection, restricted access to the inbox that receives the messages and a filter against automated submissions.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
